GALLERY 4: "INVENTIONS"
The paintings in this gallery mark the beginning of my transition from a career in advertising to a life devoted to painting. Created during a period of intense experimentation and discovery, they represent some of my earliest attempts to develop a visual language that was uniquely my own. Like many artists starting a new chapter, I was searching—not only for a style, but for a way of seeing. Looking at them now, I can see the beginnings of many ideas that continue to appear in my work today: bold color, layered structures, graphic elements, improvisation, and a sense of movement. I cannot fully explain where they came from. I only know that they led me to a place I had not seen before. I think these are genuinely my most unique and original works.
