Bio and Exhibitions
Jeffrey Odiorne studied Fine Arts at Cornell University and the Philadelphia College of Art (now University of the Arts), where he received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. He also studied painting in the Continuing Education Programs at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts and the Ringling College of Art & Design, along with studio courses with artist Kassem Amoudi at the Main Line and Wayne PA Art Centers. After a career in Advertising as an Art Director and Creative Director, he began devoting his creativity to painting in 2012. His current studio is in Sarasota, Florida.
He first exhibited his paintings in 2007 in the “Pushing the Limits” group show at the St. Asaph’s Gallery, Bala Cynwyd, PA.
In 2009, three of his paintings were selected as finalists in the 6th Annual Betsey Meyer Memorial Exhibition at the Main Line Art Center in Haverford, PA. The juror was Julien Robson, Curator of Contemporary Art at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts.
