GALLERY 1: TRANSITIONS
Created during a period of intense experimentation and discovery, these paintings represent my earliest attempts to develop a visual language uniquely my own. I was searching — not only for a style, but for a way of seeing. Looking at them now, I can see the beginnings of ideas that continue to appear in my work today: bold color, layered structures, graphic elements, improvisation, and a sense of movement. I cannot fully explain where these came from. I only know that they led me to a place I had not seen before.
